I recently received my Mataora and I was freaking out about how I was going to be able to get enough kaimoana in time for the feast afterwards. Lucky I found Lucy and the team with the goods in stock. So privileged to have been able to offer my 95 year old great grandmother a feed of Paua on the day. The smile on her face was priceless. Enjoyed making a cream pāua out of this frozen minced pāua. Made it super easy already coming minced and as someone who likes to eat my seafood raw I managed to eat half the pottle raw before cooking it (got carried away). Was still super fresh although it was frozen so goes to show this is the real deal!
