By the time this got to me about 4pm it was thawed and of course I could nor refreeze it which is why I have rated it only 1 because I presumed I had to mark something. Flavour was scarcely there and my expectations exceeded the reality. Very disappointing for an expensive product.

I recently received my Mataora and I was freaking out about how I was going to be able to get enough kaimoana in time for the feast afterwards. Lucky I found Lucy and the team with the goods in stock. So privileged to have been able to offer my 95 year old great grandmother a feed of Paua on the day. The smile on her face was priceless.
