Q: How much is shipping?

A: North Island overnight courier - $22.50

South Island overnight courier - $10

North Island Saturday delivery - $28

South Island Saturday delivery - $15

A: New Zealand Couriers

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders placed BEFORE 9am Monday - Thursday will be shipped the same day, for next day delivery. Orders placed AFTER 9am will roll over to the next delivery day. Occasionally orders placed after 9am will be sent the same day, depending on circumstances. If there are any delays in getting your order to you we will be in contact to discuss this

Q: Can I get my order delivered on a Saturday?

A: Yes! If you are placing an order between 9am Thursday and 9am Friday and want your order for the weekend please select Saturday delivery and we will send your order on Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 9am Thursday that haven't selected Saturday delivery will be sent on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery

Q: What about if I'm in Nelson? Can I get my order on the weekend?

A: Yes! We can deliver on Saturday and Sunday in the Nelson region

Q: Can you ship to rural addresses?

A: Unfortunately not, as we are shipping perishable products and it takes up to an extra 2 days for delivery to rural areas. If you live rural and would like to know your nearest collection point please phone us on 0277249039 and we can look it up for you
