Tails turned up still frozen and perfectly preserved.
Once defrosted they were perfectly cooked and delicious. We've had frozen Crayfish before and sometimes it can go mushy when defrosted but these were perfect!

package arrive in great nick . I battered and deep fried half and the rest was made as sea food chowder . Absolutely wonderful and at an affordable price.
