Shipping policy

We use New Zealand Couriers as our delivery partners to deliver far and wide. All orders are sent on an overnight* service.

Place an order before 9am Monday-Thursday and we will pack and dispatch your order in the afternoon for overnight delivery. Meaning delivery can be made Tuesday - Friday. Orders placed after 9am will roll over to the next working day.

Once your order has been packed and collected by the Courier your tracking details will be automatically issued via email. Usually around 4.30pm. Please check your junk/spam folder.

Orders are packed into a polystyrene box with ice to keep chilled on its journey to you.

This delivery option includes Waiheke Island urban addresses.

**All orders are sent on an overnight service intended for delivery the following day. Any delays experienced in transit are out of our control.
