Not as fat & juicy as NZ scallops but we cooked some in garlic butter and some in panko crumbs…both were enjoyed.
These scallops didn’t disappoint! Sweet & full of flavour. With the Nelson scallops being unavailable now for sometime these tasty morsels beat any of the other frozen import varieties you can buy. I will most certainly be buying some more! Thanks for the great service guys.
